I have gone through exactly similar situation of panic attacks because of stress.

Before I share what will surely cure you permanently, I want to let you know that I am very happy that you realize that You have your whole life ahead of you.

Before I tell you anything further, just do this quick and small task for me.

Close your eyes and give me answers to two questions. Take your time when you are thinking

1. Do you want to live or do you want to die?
2. If you want to live, what is that one thing you want to achieve, what is that one goal you have in life? What is that one thing that makes you happy? Give it a deep thought.. 
Just for one moment, forget everything. Forget about your family, forget about your worries. Think of that one thing for which you can do anything to achieve. It could be anything from travelling across the world, Doing business, becoming an architect or a pilot.. anything. Just one goal of yours..

Now that you have answers, I will tell you the secret that will cure you for ever.

I have gone through exactly similar situation of panic attacks because of stress and deppression.

I just did one simple thing. It cured me completely. You know what I did?

I just let go. Let go of everything. Every worry, Everything that caused me to worry, I just let go. I stopped thinking.

Every single day and every single moment, I concentrated on my goal. I didnt give the damn to others.. even my parents.

For eg. You suddenly get worried when you go out to a mall about so many people looking at you. Now just let it go. Think in your mind that 
you dont give a damn to anyone. Just try this one tme and believe me you will overcome the fear.

Your goal will give you the strength you need. Others come and go. they are not permanent. Only thing that will stick with you is your goal.

Your top most priority is your goal. And to achieve your goal, you need to have good health.

You just have to do this. Sit down and think what is the most important thing for you. Is it your life? Your health and well being?

When you weigh your life against the worry for which you are having panic attacks, which is important? think about it. 
You wil be able to let go of the worry.

you need to do an introspection. Think about your priorities. What you want to achieve in life. They are important. you have your entire life infront of you. Dont spoil that. Its very important that you think long term.

your depression and stress can easily be solved. I have realised that.Its all in your mind. All you have to do is let go.

I learned a lot of lessons and was able to take action on releaving stress and deppression.

A certain breathing exercise helps. Try to inhale counting to 3 and then exhale counting to 6. (You can choose how many seconds you inhale and them multiply by 2 the exhaling time). This helps you relax and your blood pressure will be lower so it&#039;s easier to fall asleep.
