But Studies showed that our emotions are reinforced by their correspoding facial expressions.
So if you were in a bad mood the best thing to do is SMILE, don’t feel like smiling? then just fake a smile. your brain wouldn’t know the diffrence and your body will start producing a hormone called “serotonin” which is also known as the HAPPY HORMONE and in no time, you will find that your fake smile transformed into a real one!!
