My friend was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I know she is going through some tough times and is taking time off from work until she finds the right combination of medication for her. I'm very glad she has accepted treatment. I've been trying to understand what it is like to have this disorder and came across a memoir called "bipolar bare".
