Accurately predicting the future economy has never been possible just like predicting the future at all. Has electing Obama changed all of this? You have a better chance at predicting an earthquake.

well i know that during this time, World War I was taking place and in the United States, no one had a real plan to help the economy. So after the stock market crashed, thats when people started giving up hope. So maybe you could talk about how we are always going to need someone to lead us and a plan to help our economy, like an emergency plan, if the stock market crashes again or soemthing

There are many reasons why a person may slip into the depths of depression anxiety. The reason could be the death of a friend or spouse, long term financial challenges, or a long term illness. The chances are pretty good if you are dealing with anxiety depression you aren’t going to leap off of the couch, jump up and down, and say point me to the gym. In fact you may not be ready to engage others on a regular basis, especially in your private time. So dealing with anxiety depression through exercise may require a little creative thinking. For instance, have you thought about doing some gardening. What about parking your car a little farther away from your workplace and using the stairs. The important thing is to pick an exercise routine or activity that doesn’t pile on additional anxiety. Listen, even those with depression anxiety can still have fun! Your body makes sure of it. What do I mean, you ask?

The body and mind are amazing. They also have a built in anxiety depression system that can be turned on through activity and turned off through inactivity. Let’s say you have picked gardening for your activity. When you are working the birds are chirping and the sun is shining. After about 15 minutes or so you are digging along when you suddenly have a not so gloomy thought. This is the body fueling its brain chemical messengers and releasing feel good hormones called endorphins. At the same time your body temperature may start to rise producing a calming effect. Additionally, many of the toxins that have been building from your inactivity start to be filtered out creating a clearer picture of the future.

But what is important is to find an activity that appeals to you. Examples of exercise options are washing your car, mowing the yard, walking around the block, painting the mailbox or house, bicycling, tennis, walking to the park to feed the ducks, tennis, or skating. The list is endless and there is an activity that suits your personality.

Additionally, many of those dealing with depression anxiety have found help by combining exercise with herbal remedies for depression anxiety. This is a powerful one two punch that can produce very good results safely and naturally.

I’ve heard, with our economy the way it is, that we’re on the verge of a depression. Is that possible this day in age? How long could it be until we are in this “depression” seeing as we’re appparently already in “recession”? And how long could it last. Is America soon to be so different it’s unrecognizable?

It is not even close to what happend in the great depression. Its not eve the same concept. We are on the verge of a shallow recession. Unrecognizable huh, i guess that depends on what you view the US as.
