What is the main ingredient used in The Original Sleep Patch 500TM? The main ingredient used in The Original Sleep Patch 500 is melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland in the body. It is generally secreted at night. Normally levels are the greatest during the normal hours of sleep. The level of melatonin in the body rapidly increases in the late evening peaks after midnight and decreases toward the morning. Melatonin promotes sleep by fixing abnormalities in sleep-wake cycles. As we get older many produce insufficient amounts of Melatonin naturally. This may cause sleep problems. A solution for many who suffer from sleep deprivation may be to take Melatonin as a supplement. We also added St. John’s wort to the formula due its known relaxing effects and its historical use for anxiety and mild depression. How and when should The Original Sleep Patch 500 be taken? Melatonin supplements should be taken in the evening. Please note that two factors are needed for the pineal gland to produce melatonin. It must be the right time (basically around 9 pm to 9 am) and it must be dark. Even at night indoor lighting can be bright enough to inhibit production of melatonin by the pineal gland. Simply apply a patch to a hairless part of the upper body 30 to 60 minutes before you go to sleep. Please remember to take the patch off in the morning when you wake up.

depression doesnt care if you are rich or poor, young or old. Your friends/family/work collegues might not even know, and they might even question it if you told them. saying things like “youve got everything going for you” or “pull yourself together”. Trouble is, if it were that easy you would have “pulled yourself together” Its not about what you have or have not got, what you have lost or gained. Its all about what you perceive. If YOU think everything is bad and there is no way out then whether it is fact or not, to YOU it is fact! Remember that EMOTION is not always FACT. and however hopeless and out of control things may seem. It is just for a season. You will get through this. You will get through this! EMOTiON is not always FACT.
I hope you enjoy this piece of music I have composed. A lot of thought has gone into it, and my intention whilst writing, recording and editing this tune was and is for just YOU to turn helplessness into hope. I hope with all my heart that I have succeded. Please rate and comment. Never ever give up!
This is a musical experiment. I know that when you feel low if someone were to talk to you all bubbly and happy it would not help you, that person needs to bring themselves “temporarily” to your level to gain rapport and show understaning of what you are going through, they then need to gradually bring you out of your low mood, very carefully, in small steps not large. This tune I have composed tries to do this by music. It starts off quite sad and thereofore I hope on the same wavelength as the listener. It then slowly and carefully progresses on to much more positive chord sequences, speeding up in pace just enough to awaken the fight in you, then ends by being slowed down but with positive chords and notes. I would be very interested to see if this helps someone. My theory of building rapport, showing empathy, slowly being more positive, all without words is an experiment that I hope provides comfort. If just one person gains something positive from this then I am happy. Never give up!

This is my second time being depressed. The first time it somehow went away after going back to school.
depression seems to only happen when I spend an extended amount of time with family and then I leave them.
I don't really want to go to my parents about this, so what can I do to cure it?
Your description indicate what is called "Situational Depression" and is a very common form of depression but not the kind that requires professional help. That is, as long as it doesn't last for weeks on end. There is no "cure" only ways to lesson the impact and perhaps the duration. Hang with positive people. Do things you like to do even if you don't feel like it. Get plenty of sleep, and try to stay busy so you don't dwell on it too much. You will be okay.
