my question to you is i need help on answering or figuring out a solution besides the regular solutions everyone runs to. i need you to help me think outside the box and give and think of a solution thats comon but rare in both ways.
* Get a hobby/job or a new one (or even a pet too)- if you put your time into other things, you then don’t have much time to mope around. This activity will act like an "escape" from the rest of the world.
* Express your emotions- By either singing it in a song, playing it on a instrument, writing a story, writing a poem, drawing a picture, etc. Not only is it an escape from reality, it helps you cope with the issue and allows you to express yourself, which doesn’t cause you to bottle up your emotions.
* Change environments- In order to alter and/or change your behavior, you must do the same to your environment. This includes moving away to a new place (residential or just a place where you sit on the bus normally), making new friends and distancing yourself from your friends (if they influence you to become depressed, sad, mad, etc). If your family or anyone else causes you negative feelings, then move yourself away from them. If you don’t get rid of them, they can worsen the problem/pain and continue it to occur. (I learned this from my college level psychology class a few weeks ago).
